Don't do it
The property manager at this residence is intimidating residents, making threats left and right, retaliating by ignoring their Maintenance requests for multiples months. Her communication with tenants has been, at times, unprofessional, including instances that feel intimidating or overly confrontational like screaming and yelling. Her behavior has created discomfort and concern among residents. The management isn't doing anything to address the issue she is still working there so if you think... about moving there, don't do it
