My stay at Boulder creek was okay as long as I didn't have to deal with the staff or have maintenance issues because they are rude and take too long to repair things. I also just moved out and they are keeping my $500 security deposit. I spent a full day trying to leave the apartment as clean as possible but that didn't matter they keep it all and are charging me $50 more. Don't waste your time cleaning when you move out.

I have lived here for 2+ years and the neighborhood seems to be getting worse. Staff is okay but do not respond to emails or concerns. Always bump up the rent 5% each time. If I knew what I know now, I would not have moved in.

I've lived here for two years, and management has changed three times - not the best sign of a well-managed facility. Yes, the prices are reasonable. But living here, you have to make certain compromises. Some units come with a garage - but you're more likely to do damage to your car trying to squeeze into the narrow opening.
There aren't enough laundry facilities (unless you're willing to pay premium rent for a pool-side apartment, which has the most access to laundry machines). The plumbing... is terrible and the water shuts off at least once a month, or you won't have hot water for a few days.
Also - be weary of the neighborhood. There's a car crash on the corner every couple of months, the intersection is noisy 24/7, and at least three times a year, there's a murder down the street.
Pros: It's a five minute walk from the local Starbucks, and there's a great auto-mechanic shop within walking distance as well (ProTrans Auto). Read More

They will drain your money out. The worst experience ever. When we moved out they tried to keep the money from the deposit. They even charged us from damaged things that were like that before we move in.
