Hidden Springs Apartments

I'm only writing this to be entered in a drawing, but it's a nice quite place. The manager is nice as well. Rent includes water, trash, and gas.

My boyfriend & I found Hidden Springs by accident while driving around the area looking at other apartments. We needed something that was close to the University, reasonably priced, & allowed pets.
The apartments in the surrounding area were hit & miss. Some were nice but didn't allow pets, some allowed pets but were too expensive, & others were too expensive, didn't allow pets, & didn't appear to be safe.
Hidden Springs is nice, safe, allows pets, & is reasonably priced. We couldn't believe… that it actually existed & we were very worried that it was a "too good to be true" situation. It's near a main road but tucked into a cul-de-sac so it's actually hidden like the name suggests. There are a lot of trees and plants that make you feel like you're in a mountain area. It's walking distance from the University, a shopping center, & the surrounding neighborhood is very nice.
We've lived here for about 6 months & we're very happy. The staff is nice, the other tenants are family or school oriented, & it's a very quiet building. Considering the Riverside area near the University, this place is a hidden gem! Read More

I have been living at hidden springs since March of 2014, all I really can say is there isn't any comparable apartment complex around. The friendly staff and neighbors are what make this community amazing. I really feel spoiled living here because the school bus stops right outside my building, RTA and shopping within walking distance. A lot of the community is fitness minded and walking to Andulka park is great exercise. When the weather doesn't permit outdoor exercising the have a fitness… center.
