Love it here

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Palm Central South Apartments! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell that the management team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best.

The property manager is absolutely awesome—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns and genuinely care about the residents. It’s refreshing to have a management team that is so attentive... and dedicated.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed, and comfortable place to live, I highly recommend Palm Central South Apartments. Great management, beautiful property, and an overall excellent living experience

Location, Location, Location!

The best part of living here is the Manager, Tina and the Porter, Steven. Whatever you need done they don't hesitate to fix it! Also, its month to month so you don't have to worry about being bound to a lease.

Location, Location, Location!

The best part of Palm Central South is the Manager, Tina and the Porter, Steven. Whatever you need they will make sure they get it done right away and if they can't get it done right away they definitely get it done in a timely manner! Also, it's month to month which makes it convenient where you don't have to be bound to a lease.

Great location

I called and spoke with Tina and scheduled at tour.
She was very helpful through the process.
The property was well keep and quiet.
I was impressed with the size of the one bedroom.
We came back and applied same day, the move i in process was super and painless.
Excited to call Palm Central South Home!

Great community

Palm Central South Apartments is a great community and in a great location.
Been here over 2 years, management and maintenance is amazing. They handle requests right away.
It's also gated and the apartments are huge.
Property is also very clean.
So happy I chose Palm Central South as my new home.
