Management Does Not Manage

We inquired about renting an apartment and were told that they were waiting for some type of remodeling to be completed before they could show the units. We never heard back. We lived here back in 2013 and the apartments were well managed, but it seems they have went down hill since then. We have multiple friends that live here and we continue to watch multiple units stay vacant months after months. Not sure why they are not motivated to rent out these units, but I am sure the owner would not be… pleased to know that they are costing the location money.

Not my cup of tea ....

These apartments are very misleading , on the outside they appear clean cut and peaceful , yet they fail to show how horrible they treat people . Glad to finally have moved , thanks but no thanks.

Presidential Townhomes

This apartment is great. It is affordable. The leasing agent is amazing. Her name is Grace. The property is well manicured and taken care of. There is no pets on the property and plenty of parking. The apartment itself has selected things such as a dishwasher and a stove and a celling fan in the kitchen. The living and dinning combo is great over all. I have lived here since 2007.
