When I moved in in 2017 I thought this community was really nice, but since then alot of riff raff has come in and has made the property not as nice as it once was.

For the most part, I love living here. As a long-time resident, I love seeing how well kept the community is. Maintenance workers are great.

Only issue is that people don't seem to be following the no electric scooters/bikes rule. I'm now seeing adults zooming around corners on electric bikes and same with children. I've almost been hit numerous times. It would be nice if there were signs up around the complex saying that they are not allowed. It's a very big safety issue.

We would like to clarify that our current community policies do not prohibit electric scooters or bikes throughout the property. However, resident safety is very... important to us, and we will gladly address any unsafe or reckless riding concerns and review whether additional signage would be helpful.

I love the area and I appreciate the speediness of the maintenance team and leasing office whenever I have a question or concern.

There are still items left to be desired at the community fitness center. The strength training machines have very loose cables that don’t allow for full depth/range of motion.

I’d also appreciate more community events to take place that would bring the residents together more often.

Great place to live. Relaxing and also very well established. Only thing is they take forever fixing the gate but other than that great place
