After office hours, guest stayed overnight, car was towed. Towed at 2am contacted towing company before 8am, cost $550 to retrieve vehicle. Ridiculous amount, car was not parked in red zone, not in assigned parking, parking lot not full. Be sure to have guest park outside complex to avoid a hefty towing fee.

I have lived here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! The property is well-kept and the staff is very friendly. The island in the kitchen is amazing and makes cooking so much better. My favorite part is the heated pool and cabanas. Defintely recommend!

Gloria and Laura were amazing I really enjoyed the time that I spent living in these apartment homes. The management team and the maintenance team were amazing and the property is beautiful with some of the prettiest landscaping I’ve ever seen I will miss this place thank you you guys. Pamela

The location and the modern style of this place make this a great place to live. The amenities are fantastic. We live in 3 bedroom townhouse which is very comfortable for our family. The prices are the same as other luxury properties in Roseville but you get much more, and we also got a free month.
