Grounds are always clean!!!! Leasing Staff is amazing:) Maintenance Staff knowledgeable very professional. My favorite home in Roseville.

Rosemead apartments is managed by a group of property managers with no customer service experience. They are unwilling to provide solutions to most issues and instead put the blame on the tenant for the managements shortcomings.
