This is a wonderful place to call home! We moved in a few months back and have been truly enjoying every moment living here. The staff here is wonderful and is always ready to help. A few days ago, we had our kitchen sink drain clog up and needed support. The maintenance team is awesome! Charles came out quickly and did a wonderful job fixing the sink drainage and we were back to cooking up dinner. Thank you again Charles!!

The updated gym is a great addition
Loving the upgrades to the gym! Everything feels brand new, and there’s a great variety of equipment for all fitness levels. Clean space, modern machines, and a more open layout — it’s perfect for daily workouts

Amazing New Gym and Towel Service
Venu is such a great community. The service from office staff to maintenance has been exceptional since we moved in. Recent amenity upgrades include a pool towel service, complimentary snack bar and refurbished gym including Peloton equipment. Thank you Venu

A property that exceeds all others..
I have lived in this community many years ago and have always loved their attention to detail, customer service and property amenities. The vast amount of floor plans, upgrades and pet friendly community is extremely appealing and you cannot beat the location as far as Roseville goes.
Let me just say after a grueling search to find the perfect home and reading many sub par reviews, hands down I decided to come back to Venu.
The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my move is a smooth... process. The Mgr. has been attentive and accommodating and the maintenance team is stellar! Charles is still with Venu and one of the reason I came back as well...He knows his stuff!
If you're looking for the perfect Roseville fit with stellar service, amenities and a safe thriving community... this is the place!

Best Maintenance & Property Team
I've been living here for about two years and all the staff from the property management team to the maintenance techs are amazing! I put in service requests for repairs and either Charles or Mike will assist in the process. Charles always calls and gives me updates on the repairs if I am not home and always gets the job done quick and correctly! They are super friendly and make living at the Venu really nice. I also will note that they will go out of their way to fix issues they noticed in your... unit :)
