- NO current or past bankruptcy proceedings in the past 5 years and;
- At least 3 years of verifiable good rental history or property ownership. 
- No co-signer or guarantor. 
- Proof of Renter Liability Insurance minimum of $100,000 after occupancy. 
- Renter pays all utilities including City water, sewer, and garbage; gas and electric, and internet connection.
- NO smoking or vaping of anything, 
- No water-filled furniture allowed, including fish tank and water bed.

We will give a tour of the house in person or via FaceTime to pre-screened applicants.
