Arden Town Apartments

Arden Town is a safe and secure complex. Management and maintenance are always available as well as happy to help. You get a real sense of community here whether by visiting the herb garden for a last minute dinner ingredient, or by attending one of the many events/contests for tenants. On top of everything, its also very affordable. So much bang for your buck. Definitely enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend others check it out too.

Patrick is a great landlord and has always been very responsive whenever a repair or any questions arise. This property also does frequent community events and makes you feel like you are in a safe and respectful community. This property is in a great location, the apartments are a good size, it's well maintained and pretty quiet. These are older apartments so there isn't Central heat/air and parking can be a problem if you own more than one car. All of these things are discussed by management. He is very upfront and honest.

great place to live. the landlord, patrick is always making improvements. i lived there for about 4 years. it was pretty run down when i first moved in. over the past 4 years him and his wonderful crew have really transformed the place. glad to have lived there.
