Nice & Quiet!

I’ve had a really good experience living at Ardendale. The property has lots of beautiful trees and landscaping. It’s always nice and quiet. You wake up in the morning and hear the birds chirping, it’s great!

If we put in a request for repairs, the maintenance guys are great and actually take the time to make sure everything is fixed properly. They also take the time to explain what they fixed and answer any questions.

I’ve been happy here and would definitely recommend Ardendale!

Love the Community

We’ve really enjoyed living here! The complex is always clean and well taken care of. Anytime we’ve needed something, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our neighbors are really nice too, and we’ve gotten to know quite a few people since living here. It’s nice being able to walk around the complex and recognize people and stop to say hi. It really feels like a little community and has been a great home for us.

Great Staff and Beautiful Property

The property is kept up very well!! The staff and nice and very helpful. Also the maintenance team is top notch and is very professional. 10/10 would refer this property to someone looking for a great place to live.

Home

My family & I have lived at Ardendale for quite a few years now. It feels like home more than anywhere else we have lived. The property is beautiful and quiet. The neighbors are all friendly. The staff is quick to respond and take care of any concerns. Love living here!

Poor upkeep

Price isn’t worth it. After all the fees and utilities save yourself the burden and get a place that’s worth it. Bathrooms don’t even vent. Black mold grows and their remedy is to paint over it for the next tenant
