I lived in a one-bedroom apartment for 12 years here and loved it. It is right near the bike trail, Sac State, East Sac, Arden Mall, and the Freeway. You can walk to Raley's down the street or go to Safeway around the corner. It is a gated community with the manager and maintenance living on-site, so they care for the property and people living there.

Clara is a fantastic manager; she has improved the property with a new pool, new roofing, new balconies, a clean workout room, and more. It… is a peaceful property. Neighbors look out for each other. I lived here for 9 years and am moving just because of my commute over the causeway. The manager does a fantastic job and maintenance fixes things very efficiently. Safe and wonderful walk to the river directly from the parking lot! It is really a hidden gem of an apartment complex.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and would highly recommend Cadillac Drive Townhomes to anyone who's considering it. It's a quiet community and my neighbors are friendly. The apartment itself is fairly spacious and any issues that arise are taken care of quickly by the maintenance team. Clara and Alyssa at the front office are incredibly friendly. They have been very helpful with prompt communication and have usually resolved any issue I have the same day.

I lived for four years while working at Sac State—a safe, peaceful place. I used to go out for runs everyweek right from my apartment along the American River Trail all the way to Folsom.

The manager Clara is proactive and very helpful. She answers emails and responds to any concerns. The grounds are kept well. The maintenance staff is fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
