Only Gotten Better
This apartment complex is small but very nice and clean. There's 32 units, all are 2 beds, 1 bath. There is a laundry facility on site, a pool, and it's gated! The rent price tends to stay locked in per unit so if you get a good deal, you'll probably keep that rate for a few years. The tenants are super friendly and helpful; you'll have a real sense of community.
There was a string of bad managers for a while but the previous one was okay (hardly there during his set hours, has harassed several... tenants), and most recent one is great! The apartments are in the Little Pocket neighborhood of Sacramento so they're right near the Sacramento River and the I-5, as well as within only a few miles of downtown, William Land Park, and Sacramento City College.
This complex could be better; they should add more washers and dryers to the laundry, remove nails from flowerbeds from a remodel done some years ago, and make sure the pet bags are always restocked, but those aren't immediate attention items. The only real issue tends to be some children from a neighboring community tending to jump the back fence and sneak into the pool unsupervised and without permission, but that is not the fault of management.
