I am new to Gio but I must say it is turning out to be the awesome place to live I thought it would be.
Ina and Alexander both deserve awards for customer service. They made the stressful transition of relocating a little easier, and I am grateful for them.
In addition I love the "safe" feeling of the community, the property is extremely nice inside and out.
Last but not least everything around Gio complements each other, UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter medical Center, and of course the... Elmhurst portion.
Humbly this is going to take some getting used to.

I have had the pleasure of living at Gio for over three years now. Throughout my time here, I have appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who ensure the apartment complex is consistently well-maintained. The neighbors on my floor have been kind and respectful, fostering a safe and pleasant environment. Great facility, but could use more timely manner/attention to maintenance requests (ie key fob to garage took weeks to fix). Had also been dealing with cockroach problem for awhile
