Two thumbs up

Monica and Zachary made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. After moving in, Mario from the maintenance team was quick to respond to our repair requests, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, well-kept home!

Two thumbs up!

Moved in last month with my kids and small dog, and it's been a great experience! Monica and Zackary were so welcoming and made the whole process stress-free. We had a minor maintenance issue and the repair request was handled super quickly. The staff is friendly across the board — if you want a place that truly feels like home, this is it. Highly recommend!

Would recommend!

Sharing this review because I know how helpful reviews were to me when I was moving. I enjoyed living at Greenhaven oaks for 1 year. I had no problems with any neighbors, management or with my place. The only negatives are there is no washer/dryer in the unit and the units are older but if i ever had a service request (they were minor) it was always filled immediately. Management was always kind and helpful. Plus Greenhaven is a nice quiet area.

I am only moving out because I am relocating but… I would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome people and place to live!

Awesome people and place to live! I love the trees and the grass is always green. Its clean and well taken care of by the staff. I don't have any concerns or dislikes.
