DO NOT RENT FROM ROHENCO

If I could give them zero stars I would but alas I cannot. These are the rudest, most unprofessional scam artists in the Sacramento area. Be advised: research which slums they own & DO NOT rent from them. They illegally steal security deposits. My husband has one of the family members (Ron) on film yelling at him & calling him crazy during a final walk through. Super classy (and has been sent to a local news station) The building we were able to move out of, Imperial Manor, is a dilapidated,... asbestos & mold riddled structure. It has been reported to Sacramento County Health Department. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY ROHENCO PROPERTY!
