Car broken into

Car got broken into, they said they have security but this place is not safe. The gates don’t work and parking is terrible.

Great space and staff

I lived here for almost 4 years until this year. Staff was always professional and the property was always clean. The price you pay for the size and quality of apt is so worth it. Never had any issues and move out fees were very fair and much less than I thought and got most of deposit back

Great staff, location and price

I just stopped in this past week to check this place out... Elijah, the leasing agent greeted me and instantly made me feel at home. I told him as we progressed through the tour how relevant the experience is with who is showing the apartment .. I love the building, the neighborhood, everything.. but Elijah really set the tone -He was incredibly accommodating, genuine and really made me feel like he wanted me to be a part of their community. I now can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else… and can't wait to live at Irongate!!

Easy move

I moved into this complex recently and I have had a really wonderful experience.

When I first called in to schedule an appointment to view the units, Priscilla was so kind and welcoming over the phone. When she gave me the tour of the place later that day she was really personable and didn't try to hard sell me. I am new to the area and this was the first apartment I looked at in the Natomas area. Mainly because of Priscilla and how beautiful the community is it was the only one I looked at-… she completely sold me. I really felt like she wanted what was best for me, and that she was really in love with the community herself. She made the whole process of applying to moving in SO easy and painless. From start to finish she called me personally walking me thru every step of the way being so patient and kind thru out the process. Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

The units are stunning with amazing views, its quiet, its close to everything, common areas are clean and tidy, and the concierge is SO KIND and helpful. Being new to the area its perfect because its in the middle of everything. I'm so happy I chose to move here and I don't think I will ever leave.

Great Experience

The people at the office really care about your needs. They are also super responsive to any concern I may have. I love my apartment, the location (I have a beautiful view to a park and lake in my one bedroom)I love this place. I've lived here previously and came back a few months ago after 2 years away. The staff is incredible--friendly and super helpful. They really try to make the apartment feel like a community. The apartments themselves are beautiful and VERY spacious. Irongate has been a… wonderful living experience.
