I’ve been living here for 6 years. When I first moved in, it was quiet and affordable, but that has changed significantly. My rent has been raised twice with no improvements made to the property. Parking is terrible — the spaces are extremely tight, so expect dents and dings on your vehicle. There is a constant foul smell coming from the downstairs neighbor’s unit that travels through the pipes and heater vents. On top of that, there is an ongoing roach infestation. Property management’s only... solution has been to spray my unit once a week, which clearly does not solve the problem. Overall, this place has gone downhill. I’m relieved to be moving out next month.

have been fully renovated since 2004, and we have records and photos that reflect the ongoing improvements made throughout the years.
We also maintain an excellent parking policy — we do not charge our tenants any parking fees, as parking is... included in the rent. This is something many residents value highly.
Regarding unit upkeep, it is the resident’s responsibility to maintain cleanliness and proper care inside their home. While management does not live in the units, we always respond promptly when concerns are reported to us.
As for comments about odors coming from neighboring units, we kindly ask residents to be mindful and considerate. It is important not to make assumptions about others, as everyone deserves respect and privacy within their home.
We sincerely hope you have found a living situation that meets your needs and brings you comfort.
