Not worth it

The pool is always closed, laundry rooms get closed every other week, no outgoing mailbox, the gate was broken for nearly 5 months and homeless were just hanging around inside the complex. There has never been a time that I went to the office and someone was there. Havr been trying to contact management for days both in person and over the phone. This place is awful.

We have seen many positive changes and have received a large volume of… positive feedback. We hope existing and future tenants enjoy the change as well!

Look elsewhere!

Bad management! Rude and don’t know how to communicate! You pay to live here and isn’t able to enter the gate without a gate remote. They only allow one gate remote even though you have multiple family members listed under the apartment. No gate code! There will be tenants line up at the gate just to get in without a gate remote. Also not all washers work as they are out of order!

Thank you for telling us about your experience. Since this review, we have gotten new management and have installed a new gate. The new gate scans every tenant's license plate and automatically lets them in. This has eliminated any line of cars… forming at the entry gate. As far as laundry is concerned, appliances do go out of order from time to time, but our maintenance team is quick to rectify any issues.

Deposits are not guaranteed to be refunded if there is any property that needs to be fixed or replaced. There is additional contact… information for our Main Office provided in our lease. Our main office is a second source of information and assistance for all residents.
