Riverview Ranch Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been my favorite by far. The moving process was great the staff made sure that all my questions were answered and made me feel confident about my choice of moving in. I have one dog and he is usually on the breed restriction list and I’m so happy to see other people with their dogs that are on the list here as well. That have given the dogs their own large areas to do their business and even to walk them around it is so nice to see. This apartment… complex is well kept. We moved here 18 years ago because of the location which is close to both I-5 and I-80. Close to downtown, the river and the bike path. Kind of in the middle of everything but tucked away. The office staff and maintenance are friendly, responsive and accommodating. The grounds are always clean and well kept.

This complex isn't gated, but it'set off to the side of Sacramento, next to a golf course. It's older, so the place, I think, is built a little more solidly; very difficult to hear other folks through the walls. Because the property's older, there are many large trees. In the Natomas area, trees are hard to come buy. The airport is very close as are the regular stores (grocery & retail). The property also happens to be situated near the crossroads of the 5, I-80, and 50, but deceptively… close because traffic lights/noise aren't an issue.
