Highly Recommend!

Honestly as a woman living alone in downtown this place has been nothing but safe and peaceful. The residents are all sweet so far and the walls are not thin. the management/maintenance is amazing as well. I’ve had zero issues so far and the amenities are beautiful! If you’re thinking about it, do it.

Love My Apartment at The Bernice

The Bernice is a beautiful community with modern apartments and a great location. The layouts are spacious, the finishes are sleek, and everything feels fresh and well-designed. I really appreciate how easy the move-in process was, and the management team has been responsive and helpful with any questions.

It’s in a convenient spot close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, which makes day-to-day living super easy. Overall, The Bernice offers comfort, style, and a great community… atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Great experience

I've had a great experience at Bernice Apartments in Sacramento! The property is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and easy to work with. The community feels safe and quiet, and the location is super convenient — close to shopping, dining, and public transit.
