Terrible Management
1) property and leasing manager will not help anybody. If you write them a single paragraph email regarding an important incident, they will respond with a 3 sentence email.
2) their camera footage seems to 'somehow' disappear
3) roaches, so many outside
4) maintenance staff, specifically the bald man is rude and WILL talk trash about you inside your own home for putting in a maintenance request
The only good thing about the staff here are the sweet women who work the front desk, they are so... kind. And the leasing manager has been rude to them IN FRONT OF ME.

Element
Element is a great place to live to get yourself started! With lots of social events to stay connected with the community. It has good prices for rent and the office is always there to help with financial issues.

Roach invested
Do not live here! Management is terrible, they don’t respond and maintenance requests go unanswered. The place is crawling with roaches! My car has been vandalized on two different occasions. The place is not safe nor is it healthy, living conditions.
