Unprofessional Managers

The managers are not professional at all. They make false promises when it comes to maintenance, and bad mouth you if you ask again. They also bad mouth you if you decide not to renew your lease. They are just all around terrible people.

Terrible parking

The actual apartment is nice but I wish the office was transparent about the parking situation. Good luck if you have more than one vehicle or God forbid someone comes to visit you. Guest parking is only located on the south side of the complex and getting in the gate is super inconvenient. Gate codes don't work on both sides of the complex so the tenant has to literally bring their remote to the front and let their guests in. Its not a short walk either. All of that to find no available parking… space. I thought this would be a good move, I'm disappointed and considering breaking my lease.

Living here for 5 months now and very satisfied. I didn't check out other buildings but this place is good. Staff is very courteous and I like the facilities
