Do not rent in this place

There roaches and the manager doesn’t do her job properly. They don’t fix anything correctly and you always have to insist to get things fixed. Other manager that take over for the day or two in her place those manager do there job.

BEWARE!!! Honestly

These apartments are the worse! Roach infested. Everything is very old and outdated. Management is constantly spraying for bugs and they never go away. Mold in the bathroom, Cracked walls/trims, old carpet. it is definitely NOT worth your money. FIND ANYWHERE ELSE.

Do NOT rent from here

Lived here almost a year and can’t wait for lease to end! Buildings are infested with German roaches that come through the outlets and windows. The ceiling leaks from the neighbors pipes upstairs into our apartment. Management is constantly fumigating but we still have bugs. And she doesn’t answer the phone when we call for things to be fixed, instead she accuses us of harassing her and maintenance and threatens to have us evicted.
