Owners are the same people who manage the AmPm on the corner. That particular AmPm has been known for their horrific customer service for years, by the way. Don’t come here if your car is new. Parking space is so compact. If you look closely at the cars, they ALL have door dents and dings. They took our garages away. Owners now use garages to store items for other properties. They care little for the residents here. The lot is also infested with cats! Management does nothing about the crazy cat... lady. They’ve allowed this for almost 8 years. She leaves cat food by the cars. If you have an indoor/outdoor cat, that eats the food she leaves, she’ll scream at you and tell you to keep your cat in your apartment. The cats scratch your cars. They jump up and down to get to the top of the garages, where they live. They use the car door handles as stepping mechanisms to get up and down. Fur, paw prints and scratches. There have been large vicious raccoons and possums due to the cat lady leaving food. Again, Management does nothing. They clearly do not value the residents.
