Kendall Brook Apartments

I’ve lived here for a while, and the management has been terrible for a long time. The two managers on site, Estrella and Denise, do nothing to help residents. They stay in the office, ignore calls, and when you finally reach them, they give attitude instead of solutions.

The maintenance guy, Fidel, acts like he owns the property and blames tenants for everything instead of simply fixing things. The place is dirty, with spills and trash left around, and it feels unsafe at night with constant... noise and people arguing.

This complex used to be so much better when Teresa was in charge she kept everything clean, organized, and truly cared about the residents.

Prices are very reasonable for location and space of apartment. Amenities except electricity are covered which is a plus. Also, refrigerator and stove included with apartment when it has any issues managers take care of repairs as soon as possible. Great place to live.

The neighbors in the other apartments always play loud music, there are a lot of suspicious activities in the evening especially down at the gated parking lots and my car has been broken into twice while parked in the gated parking lot.

The prices are reasonable and there are some utilities that are covered. However there is a high rate of theft that occurs in the parking lots. Parked cars have been broken into and have had parts removed. The walls to the parking area are easily scalable and management does not take reports seriously let alone do anything to mitigate future thefts.

At first it seems like a nice place, but my experience with this place was not good. The manager never cared about the issues involving the apartments. The apartments next to me had an infection if bed bugs that got to mine. They fumigated, but never came to re-check. Even still I had to live with bed bugs and disinfects all of my stuff before moving in. Horrible experience.
