- Additional Terms: Tenant agrees to use cleaners on flooring/kitchen/bathroom finishes as recommended by homeowner.

Tenants agree to replace HVAC filter every 6 months.

For toilets, tenants agree to use a silicone bristle toilet brush and non-abrasive cleaners.

For showers, tenants agree to use Teflon surface friendly materials when cleaning showers (soft brush/cloth, sponge). To soften mineral deposits, use a solution of vinegar and water. Tenants agree not to use abrasive cleaners.

For garbage disposal, tenants agree to not place bones, grease, eggshells, onion/potato/avocado skins, hard foods, fruit pits, pasta or rice into disposal.

For kitchen countertops, use a water dampened soft cloth and mild dish detergent or soap if needed, along with wiping dry with a damp cloth.

- NON-WARRANTIED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: Doorbell (operational), fireplace (currently nonoperational but can be turned on if desired)
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
