All bedrooms include 50” Smart TVs, Helix mattresses, and California Design Den bedding.

Guest Access:
Entry is via a smart lock. Check-in details and your code will be sent the morning of arrival after completing the required check-in form. NoiseAware monitors noise levels only (no audio recording) to ensure respectful use and detect fire alarms.

All damage must be reported before check-out.
Guests are financially responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
