Shared carport parking is available with an EV charger. Feel free to charge your car during non-peak hours (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged for kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies.

There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. A fee will apply for EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), which will be the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Stairs and terraces abound, so please supervise children and always use provided handrails.
