Your entrance is through the right side gate in the carport, down the 2 sets of stairs, and to the left keypad. You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon.
This comfortable space features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a heated bathroom floor. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view.
Ask about our add-ons: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Pack 'n Play Crib, Beach Wagon, Surf and Boogie Boards, Pets Policy, EV Charging, and Car Rentals. We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay. EV Charging (Level 2) is available, with non-peak hours charging from 11 pm to 7 am, and peak hours will incur an additional $30 fee per use. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, with guests responsible for any overages.

Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing.
