The home is centrally located, making it easy to get around by car, rideshare, or public transportation. Free street parking is available, with bus stops a short walk away, quick access to Highway 94 and I-5, and 10 minutes to San Diego International Airport. South Park is also walkable and bike-friendly, with many cafes, parks, and markets nearby.
The property is not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community, and we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street parking will result in a fine of at least $200, which guests will be liable for, and you are at risk of being towed. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise are not allowed. Respectful low-volume music until 9PM is allowed, but all music must be off after 9PM.
