There are currently two of us living here, myself, and a friend of mine. Both of us are late twenties/early thirties guys who grew up locally. We are pretty laid back and quiet during the week due to work, but occasionally will throw get togethers on the weekends.
The lease will be for either 6 months, or a year, with potential renewal options.
This listing is only available for single renters, no couples, children etc...
Dogs and cats optional at owner's discretion.

Rent prices are dependent on which room you are interested in with options of $1700-$1900. Move in with first and last and $500 security deposit.
