Upon entering, you will be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows, bright natural light, and chic modern furniture. The first floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Ascend the spiral staircase to find a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom, a queen-sized bed, and a trundle with two twin beds, perfect for kids or individuals. A third full bathroom is located downstairs. The large open kitchen, living, and dining space allows for gatherings among family and friends, while a smaller separated living room with a futon provides a more intimate setting. For your nights in, the kitchen is equipped with all the tools needed to prepare gourmet meals. High-end amenities, including professionally cleaned and sanitized luxury linens and Beekman toiletries, ensure a refreshed and relaxed stay.
Bankers Hill is one of the most established neighborhoods in San Diego. Located uptown near the popular Balboa Park, it is a super safe neighborhood in a more upscale portion of San Diego. Bankers Hill is a cultured community that is hot for trends, featuring farm-to-table restaurants, sushi spots, small plate eateries, and decadent dessert restaurants that rival those found in neighboring Little Italy. The walkability to restaurants, cafes, bars, and the world-famous Balboa Park makes it one of the best urban neighborhoods in San Diego. While Bankers Hill is very walkable, a car is the best way to get around San Diego, with Uber and Lyft readily available if you aren't bringing your own car.
The outdoor area/patio is not available and does not belong to this unit. Use of the space will result in a $200 fine from the HOA. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to be kind to the neighbors, and any loud noise levels have a strict 9 PM curfew. The HOA is cracking down on excessive noise, and any noise complaints received are considered a violation of the rules and can result in a termination of the stay without refund. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door that records video and audio. No pets are allowed at this property. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines for excessive trash or dishes. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home.
