Guests are advised to coordinate package deliveries for when they are on-site, as the host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed prior to check-in. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be returned to its original position before departure. All doors and windows should be locked before leaving the home.
