You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant.

If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs for their 1 bedroom, including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling are roughly $4,000 per month.

Need parking? There are secured spaces available through management and additional monthly fee. $125 for combustion engine vehicles and $150 for EV parking which allows for charging.
