The property is walking distance to many restaurants, bars, convenience stores and local businesses. Located off the first exit on Highway 94, these bungalows are close to all the best that San Diego offers, is situated within 1.5 miles to the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Balboa Park, South Park, Golden Hill, Barrio Logan and many other neighborhoods. Grant Hill Park is located 1000 feet away and has amazing sunset views of Coronado Island, Point Loma, and downtown.
Typically rented to short stay nurses, the other tenants are respectful and quiet. Rent is based on single occupancy without pets (additional rent applies). A 3-month lease is preferred.
