The kitchen is equipped with a top-tier Viking range, stainless steel appliances, and a wine rack. It is fully stocked with everything you need, including baking tins and a spaghetti maker. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Out back, pluck herbs from the herb garden, grab a few limes off the tree, grill your favorite meals, and relax by the large fire-pit.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged if the kid and baby amenities are left extremely dirty. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages.

Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets (including ESAs). Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks; fees will apply. Unlawful use of the home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Please use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Regarding the garbage disposal, do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal; throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. The house is over 100 years old, and there may be some natural floor creaking.
Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for remote workers and digital nomads. A Smart TV is available for entertainment.
