These details are complemented by a topcast concrete walkway and a dry creek stone hardscape with Japanese inspired drought tolerant landscaping covering the hillside.

To reduce the carbon footprint and energy consumption, the building equipment includes a heat pump air conditioning system, an induction stove, tankless water heater and a high efficiency washer and dryer.
