This space was designed to replace the traditional 1 bedroom apartment in order to provide a more affordable and sustainable living alternative in the City. When you open the entry door, you are illuminated by large floor to ceiling windows, running 9' tall. The space includes a full size custom kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom, built in wardrobe closet and bed with drawers below, a linen and vacuum closet, and extensive storage over the kitchen cabinets to maximize functionality. The interior living area is 370 square feet and this unit also has a 100 square feet patio for additional dining and lounging space. These spaces are designed like a modern Swiss Army Knife, creating all the benefits of a one bedroom in a more efficiently planned space.

Amenities include covered Google Fiber Webpass, BBQ and lounge space, available Parking and Storage Units, and the beautiful Cypress Canyon hike just a block away. Most importantly, Cayuca offers a place to live with a smaller carbon footprint. Our spaces require less resources to build, heat and cool and solar provides much of the buildings power needs.
