This recently constructed building and surrounding property is designed to bring the residents together with outdoor yards, balconies as well as ground floor lounge space for easy pickup and drop off. The yard space extends to an expansive pervious paved courtyard that includes auto parking for those that need it.

The interior of the 2 bedroom living spaces include ample closet storage in both bedrooms, 9’-10’ ceilings, laundry and a full kitchen for time well spent cooking for yourself and friends. In addition, the living space includes floor to ceiling glass and exterior private decks to create a 70 square foot extension of the living space.

The project is designed as three individual cubes with circulation that cuts through the center to create flow and sense of community. The exterior surfaces blend into their surroundings with natural golden brown red cedar textures contrasting with earthy stone plaster walls.
