Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. No pets allowed. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed prior to staying. No smoking inside the unit with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance. Clean lint trap before using the dryer. Clean makeup off face before using towels. Nothing besides toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. If you cook, you must reasonably clean the kitchen before you leave, or a $35 service fee will apply. Three additional daytime guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10 PM. A $100 penalty per additional person per night applies if there are more than three or they stay past 10 PM.
