Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. The garbage disposal should not be used for metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $350, and guests will be responsible for any overages.
