The location is exceptionally convenient, with UTC Mall just a 5-minute drive away, easy access to the 805 freeway, and the trolley station approximately 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other everyday conveniences are all within about a 10-minute drive.
The home offers a quiet, comfortable, and very clean living environment, a welcoming place to come home to while still being close to everything you need.

Water, internet, and electricity are shared separately and are not included in the rent.

About the Home

This private bedroom is available in our beautiful, peaceful, and very clean 3-bedroom condo in the UTC area. The home is currently shared by two female friends, and we are looking for the right female tenant to enjoy the third bedroom.

We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, considerate, clean, and enjoys a peaceful home. Keeping our home neat, beautiful, and well cared for is very important to us, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same way. We take pride in our home, and as you can see in the photos, we keep it looking this way every day.

We value privacy, mutual respect, and being considerate of one another. We’re looking for someone with a regular daytime routine outside the home who enjoys having a comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.

The common areas are already furnished and decorated, and we plan to keep them as shown in the photos. The tenant can furnish and decorate her private bedroom however she likes. There is also designated space available for personal belongings in the closets and kitchen cabinets.

Street parking is available.

For the comfort of everyone in the home, we have a few simple house guidelines: no smoking, drugs, parties, or pets.

The room will be available for move-in by October 1st.
