The first of the two bedrooms is situated just off the kitchen to the left. This bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed that pulls out from below. It also includes a smart TV and a full tub/shower combo ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Ascend to the second floor to discover the Primary bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, a smart TV, a desk and chair for any work-related needs, and a full walk-in shower ensuite bathroom. This bedroom provides exclusive access to a private balcony housing a hot tub and sun loungers. The spa is heated to a comfortable 101 degrees and ready for your enjoyment.
Guests will have access to the secured parking garage, elevator and their own private apartment.
University Heights is a neighborhood in Central San Diego, California centered on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. University Heights is bounded on the West and North by the edge of the mesa, the southern boundary is Lincoln Avenue, and the eastern boundary is Texas Street. The area is filled with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and artist studios primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Live entertainment can be found most nights. With a perfect location adjacent to Hillcrest, Normal Heights and North Park, you'll have access to additional restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and night clubs. The neighborhood sits in a central San Diego location with a broad spectrum of housing options, from cottages, apartments and condominiums, to million-dollar homes. Downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Airport, Mission Valley, San Diego State University (SDSU), are only a few minutes away. With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.
Due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. No pets allowed. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in information, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. San Diego vacation homes are in jeopardy: follow these house rules to help preserve our property rights, avoid fines from police and avoid fines from management. If any of the strict rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund and immediate eviction may occur. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash or dishes. (No confetti). Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Pets are not allowed.
