Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10PM (children & infants are considered occupants). No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside (noise complaints constitute a violation). There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property; the fine is $500. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates; however, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay. Due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in information, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign; it can all be done online.
