Due to the spa being on the second-floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be. No pets are allowed. San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. The policy must be signed to receive check-in information and can be done online. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout.
