The backyard is open between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Only flush toilet paper; no wipes, hygiene products, or paper towels. Open flames and candles are not allowed inside. Pets are allowed only with prior approval; unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM.
