Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and no unplugging or tampering with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply.
