Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a fine of $500. Excess trash must be removed, and dishes washed before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows locked before leaving. No pets are allowed without prior approval.
