This listing does not have air conditioning. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation are not permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside; noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property; the fine is $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. No pets allowed without prior approval. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying.
