This home features a fully equipped galley kitchen with starter supplies, a cozy wraparound sofa, and a 65" Smart TV. Enjoy the sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, BBQ, sitting corner, and space to spare. A washer and dryer are in the unit.
A pack ‘n play crib, beach wagon, surfboards, and boogie boards are available. There is a $100 fee per pet per stay.
Enjoy easy access to Ocean Beach’s best spots, including nearby shops, eateries, and parks. It's a quick drive to Mission Beach, the airport, and downtown. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. There is a fee for unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. The back studio has a private gate and entrance; please do not disturb those guests.
