Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks is prohibited, and fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Please use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Children should be supervised on stairs and always use handrails. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the back house guests. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
